Before the Nashville Predators took on the St. Louis Blues in the NHL playoffs on Sunday night, seven-time Grammy winning group Lady Antebellum took the ice for a stunning a cappella rendition of the national anthem.

The Play-By-Play
Charles Kelley kicks off the trio's performance with a goosbump-enducing serve of the song's opening line. Hillary Scott wins the faceoff to harmonize with Kelley, eventually taking over as lead vocalist before the three execute a flawless give-and-go, finishing their performance with the kind of harmonic cohesion that they've made a career out of in country music.

The home team Predators won 3-1 against the Blues, advancing Nashville to the Western Conference finals of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Carrie Underwood, who is married to Predators team captain Mike Fisher, has led the team's cheering squad since they entered the postseason. Imagine if she took his last name!
